How To Open A Balsamiq Account?
To open an account on balsamiq.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the Balsamiq Cloud website.
- There are two sign-up methods available. Either complete the sign-up form or use a Google Account for automatic sign-up and authentication.
- After completing the sign-up form, stay on the page. Balsamiq Cloud will send a six-digit confirmation code to input into the modal window on the registration page.
Once the account is set up, the user will be brought to their Space. If a user has been using Google Authentication to log into Balsamiq Cloud (or signed up with it by mistake), they can switch to a Username and Password setup by logging in and going to their User Settings. In the User Settings, click on the 'Send Me an Email to Set a Password for Cloud' button. This will send an email to the Google email that was used for account authentication. If the link from that email is followed, a new password for Cloud can be set. This new password (and the email address registered with) becomes the new login for Cloud. Instead of using an email and password, an existing Google account can be used to log in to Balsamiq Cloud. When logging into Balsamiq Cloud via Google, the user will be prompted to enter their Google account details only the first time.
